The New Professionals Foundation is a mentorship organization dedicated to supporting individuals from non-corporate backgrounds and environments in their transition to corporate environments.
The program is open to New Professionals who are entering a corporate environment for the first time within their career.
Acceptance to the program is determined during a conversation with an interested New Professional.
The program pairs each mentee with a seasoned professional mentor. Mentors and mentees meet once a month for one hour over a period between one and three years, depending on the arrangement between mentor and mentee.
Mentorship sessions are typically conducted in person, but online meetings are also available.
Mentorship offers a variety of benefits, including:

Mentors are carefully chosen based on their experience, expertise, and commitment to professional development.
We prioritize mentors who have a gone through a transition from a non-corporate to a corporate environment themselves.
Mentorship sessions can cover a wide range of topics, including (but not limited to):
The New Professionals Foundation offers its mentorship program at no monetary cost to participants.
While we cannot guarantee specific mentor matches, we do our best to pair mentees with mentors whose skills and interests align with their own.
