About Us

Our Purpose

The New Professionals Foundation was born from the realization that countless talented individuals are struggling to navigate the complexities of the corporate world.


Our founder, Sebastian (picture), experienced firsthand the challenges of transitioning into a corporate role without the necessary guidance. 

Through his own career journey, he made mistakes that could have been easily avoided with the support of a mentor.


We believe that highly driven and professional individuals deserve the opportunity to thrive in their careers. 

Unfortunately, many companies fall short in providing the mentorship and support early-career professionals need. 

This lack of guidance can lead to frustration, career setbacks, and even mental health challenges.


The New Professionals Foundation is committed to bridging this gap. 

We offer a supportive environment and practical resources to help young professionals overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. 


Our goal is to empower individuals to build successful and fulfilling careers while fostering a thriving corporate culture.

How we help

At the New Professionals Foundation, we believe in the supportive power of mentorship. 

Our program connects smart and aspiring professionals with experienced mentors who provide guidance, support, and insights into the corporate world.


Our Process:


  1. Matching: We match mentees with mentors based on their career goals, interests, and experiences.
  2. Mentorship Sessions: Mentors and mentees meet once a month for one hour over a period between one and three years, depending on the arrangement between mentor and mentee. These sessions should be conducted in person but can also take place online.
  3. Personalized Guidance: Mentors offer tailored advice on topics such as career planning, professional development, industry trends, and networking, but are also there to discuss specific and concrete problems a mentee might encounter in the corporate environment.
  4. Skill Development: Through mentorship, mentees can further develop essential skills like communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  5. Confidence Building: Mentors provide encouragement and support, helping mentees build confidence in their abilities.


By providing this personalized mentorship experience, we empower new professionals to thrive in their careers and make a positive impact.
